![]() When we broke for food, we ordered a couple personal-sized pizzas and a pitcher of soda. I think for every time my daughter got to ride the big ones, my son got three rides on the little ones. They both enjoyed the karts, though the wait for the big ones was very long. My son was too short for the big ones, my daughter (12) too tall for the little ones, so they had to part ways. After a couple goes, they were ready for the Go-Karts. We'd never been but see it as we drive past on I-40 regularly. So just to clarify: An 8-year-old held onto his birthday money for almost four months to go to Celebration Station! So he waited until late June so we could go on a Tuesday, when they only charge $12 for all day passes. But he wanted to go when the weather was warm. My son wanted to go to Celebration Station for his birthday, which is in early March. I usually don't complain but this had to be documented and sent to everyone I know that plans on visiting. I wish I knew the managers name but we were there on 5/30/16 at 12:00 and Stephani was the employee who took our payment for our games and golf. Our experience at your establishment was supposed to be fun since we did pay but instead it turned out to be a Non-Celebration at Celebration Station and I am unsure if we will return but I do plan on sending this email to a few other websites. I guess the employee may have let the manager know because he stalked us the entire time we were there as if he was challenging my husband. My husband did inform the worker that was there to fix the issue that he did not appreciate the attitude he received from the manager and asked the employee to let the manager know that he was not happy. We continued to play since we had paid $7.50 for 3 and enjoyed the rest of the game. ![]() Again he was not that friendly either even though we said thank you. Finally after a total of 25 minutes someone came out and retrieved the golf balls. We waited, patiently, along with another family, 15 minutes before I called from my phone and asked that they send someone out because a line was forming. Of course this was not a great customer experience as the manager seemed as though he was agitated, upset and was not friendly. The manager at that time said no and that he would send someone out to fix the issue. We went inside and asked for the money to be put on the card and we play in games (as we have done before). Minimum of four people, bookings essential. We had started to play golf, course B, and while on hole 3 our golf balls did not return. High teas are Monday to Saturday with last seating at 12pm.
